摘要

Using nane-scale Al2O3 powder as core material, the precursor Al2O3/( Y2O3, CeO2) composite powder with coreshell structure was prepared by precipitating the hydroxide of yttrium and cerium upon the surface of Al2O3 particle and characterized by ζ potential. With thereafter sintering procedure, the YAG: Ce phosphor with pure phase was obtained according to the XRD result. The luminescence intensity reach the maximum point when the precursor sintered at 1 300°C for 6 h. Results indicated that in-situ encapsulating method can be a promising technique to prepared phosphor.
