采用高温固相法合成了不同晶型氧化铝的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉样品,通过对其荧光光学性能的考察发现:CS-α-Al2 O3-YAG具有更好的荧光性能,这可能与其发光基质的晶相组成和晶相生长发育情况有关.研究表明:CS-α-Al2 O3原料本身具有结晶度好,孔道结构表面积大的特点;由其合成的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉中的发光基质YAG相单一,晶粒圆润,晶体结构完整.%The YAG:Ce3+phosphors of the different crystalline alumina were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. Its was found that CS-α-Al2 O3-YAG phosphor has better fluorescence property through its optical properties,which may be related to the crystal phase of its luminescent substrate and the growth of crystal phase. The investigation showed that the CS-α-Al2 O3 itself has excellent crystallinity and a large surface area of pore structure. In addition,the luminescent substrat YAG phase in CS-α-Al2 O3-YAG phosphor has single morphology,excellent crystal growth status and perfect crystal structure.
