摘要

This paper discussed how to build a learning organization more harmonious within the context of contingent employment being increased. Two competitive hypotheses of viewpoint on the contingent employees were demonstrated. One is focused on the role of barrier influencing knowledge learning,including new comer status factor,transitive memory factor,and perceived threat factor. The other is concentrated on the role of facilitator affecting knowledge learning,involved source of expertise factor,informational diversity factor,and knowledge brokering factor as well. Empirical study should be conducted in future imperatively.
