Towards Enterprise Archeology: Extracting Business Processes from Runtime Event Data

In this paper, we are presenting an approach and experimental results for the extraction of high-level business-process models from running enterprise systems. Business process improvement has always been at the heart of any corporation's goals. Business processes is what companies execute, and better and more efficient processes mean higher service quality and lower costs.
