摘要

Corporate culture represents the values and concepts with typical cultural characteristics of certain business field and is established in the business of management, design, construction and operation etc. during the process of production and project construction in enterprises. On the basis of a thorough understanding of the essence and characteristics of corporate culture, this paper analyzes the thinking and implementing stages in the process of innovating corporate culture construction and transmission within the framework based on the basic theory of excellent quality, and it further explores the guarantee mechanism of the corporate culture construction and transmission for the purpose of providing cultural guarantees for the improvement of management level and production quality on the part of corporate culture in China.
