The technical methodology of the invention is based on a reformulation of the electrochemical processes underlying lead-acid storage batteries.In particular, it concerns the re-sizing and hence modification of the construction of lead-acid storage batteries based on cathodic sulfation theory and chemical anode sulfation.These modifications increase the specific electrical properties as well as making it possible to define the exact parameters required to adapt the storage batteries ideally to the purpose for which they were designed.
