摘要

From a global perspective, pilot factors have got proportion of 70% among the reasons of civil aviation accidents/incidents. And according to a survey made by Civil Aviation Administration of China, 62% of civil aviation accidents/incidents are caused by pilot factors. Thus, these accidents/incidents are really valuable for mining implied reasons of human factors and that is why they should receive more attention. In this article, accidents/incidents have been collected from the past 20 years of global civil aircraft, and analyzed the A320/319/321 and B737NG cases related to Pilot Operation Procedure (POP). Basic Element Analysis was used to research them, and made Statistical Analysis. Finally, the deep-level problems were found, and got the disciplines hidden in the back of these accidents/incidents. These disciplines are valuable to improve the POP safety as perfect as possible, reduce the flight accidents probability caused by pilot, and further improve the safety level of civil aviation in China.
