摘要

Possessing independent intellectual property rights, the independent brand and continuous innovation ability are the overall requirements of the country for innovative enterprise. This paper uses the first, second and forth batch of innovative (pilot) enterprises as the research object, empirically tests the influence factors of innovative enterprise strategic human resource management, points out that human resource management strategy in China is gradually playing its role properly, but at present, the effective incentive measures are the means of incentive stock options, the diathesis and quality of enterprise staff still needs to enhance, it enlightens us in the further work of promoting the construction of innovative enterprise.
机译:拥有自主知识产权,自主品牌和持续创新能力是国家对创新企业的总体要求。本文以第一批,第二批和第四批创新(试点)企业为研究对象,对创新型企业战略人力资源管理的影响因素进行实证检验,指出中国的人力资源管理战略正在逐步发挥应有的作用,但是目前,有效的激励措施是激励股票期权的手段,企业员工的素质和素质仍有待提高,这对我们进一步推进创新型企业建设具有启发作用。
