The Integration Innovation Based on the New Barrel Theory

摘要

There are many similarities between new barrel theory and integrated innovation, mainly in : Both are the discussions of the cooperation and the optimal allocation of different elements; Both the most important consideration are how to make cooperation and optimizing configuration produce the maximum benefit; Both have the problem and similar solutions. The author sums up enlightenments according to their similar points. According to these enlightenments the author comes up with some measures which can quickly and well realize integrated innovation. Such as: Make enterprise culture and organizational culture which can promote integration innovation; Establish organizational management system adopting to integration innovation; Integrate innovation resources effectively.
