Non vacuum processes combined with roll to roll manufacturing processes to fabricate CIGSsolar cell can easily achieve large area, high throughput and low cost production. This paper described the nonvacuumprocesses for fabricating CIGS solar cell on the flexible stainless steel substrate. Additionally, forconsidering safety and environmental impact, In_2S_3 were used as the buffer layer to replaced CdS covered at theabsorber layer after the selenization process. The best solar cell had an efficiency of 11.5% with a V_(oc) of 0.476 V,a Jsc of 32.3 mA/cm~2 and a fill factor of 0.656.
