摘要

This paper focused on the relation between intra-team social networks guanxi base and intra-team knowledge tranfer. The features of social network relation was reflected by network guanxi base, the features of two ascepts of intra-team knowledge tranfer were reflected by the ease of intra-team knowledge tranfer and intra-team knowledge valued. This paper suggested that network guanxi base had the positive effect to intra-team knowledge tranfer. This paper made an empirical study of the hypothesises, further, analyzed and explained the results.
