摘要

The human resource management systems of Chinese SMEs (Small and Medium enterprises) are with characteristics of both Chinese-related and not large. By Summarizing these two SME kinds' theoretical researching achievements and relevant internationalization experiences, this paper classifies SMEs' internationalization modes into two and puts forward some relevant suggestions as generally interior oriented and exterior oriented to efficiently improve human resource system for their internationalization.
