Application of Gray Situation Optimization Method in the Real Estate Investment Decision Making

The real estate industry is an important sector of national economy and the key field for investment.According to the characteristics of the real estate industry investment risk and the actual investment needs,gray situation optimization method is applied in the real estate investment option.This method is more scientific than other methods; it not only takes into account the effects of the situation,but considers the interaction of various factors in the process of compute,and the optimal situation to determine is more credible.Based on the gray situation optimization method,the real estate investment option is directed at decision-making for quantitative analysis,a grey situation optimization investment model is set up and a calculating example proves the practicability and rationality of the method.
