摘要

Popularization of "The Internet" is leading us to the age that computer networks are essential. A field around robotics or mechanical systems has a control method by teleoperation. The field was called Telerobotics, which is requested to fusion some technics of the INTERNET and to generate a new field, Network Robotics. The field is located in domain of the Internet, and the network robotics also has problems that the internet has. One of them is a problem that TCP/IP, the internet protocol can not assure arrival time of signals. This paper gives some tips to develop a system of the network robotics.
