High and New Technique Using in the Service Corporations

摘要

With the new technique introduce into the service corporation, it does not make the service of the service corporation simple and mechanical but directing efficient, fleet, nimble and making users comfortable and satisfied development. This paper will analyze the service of the retailing mainly changed because of the electronic commerce, EDI, ECR, CSS...etc. technique used in it. According to the CSS case of the Haier, that accounts for the high and new technique bringing the variety of service for the corporations and the customers.
