The human and information technologies have been making remarkable progress in our life. This symposium aims at bringing international researchers involved in the development of human and information technologies.The session presentsnew technological papers such that: 1. "Acoustic OFDM Data Embedding by Reversible Walsh-Hadamard Transform", which presents a novel acoustic OFDM data embedding by using Walsh-Hadamard transform. 2. "A GPU Algorithm for Minimum Vertex Cover Problems", which proposes a GPU algorithm for solving the minimum vertex cover problem. 3. "The Formation Method of the Feature Space for the Identification of Fatigued Bills", which gives an algorithm that extracts feature quantity of bill by Support Vector Machine algorithm. 4. "Main Large Data Set Features Detection by a Linear Predictor Model", which aims to explore and obtain a simple method to detect the most important features from a large set of variables. 5. "The Weighted Voting Methods for Consultation Algorithms in Shogi", which discusses several methods that optimize weights of players vote in playing shogi game. 6. "Feedback-Structured Decision-Making Using Bayesian Approach", which proposes a feedback-style decision-making structure utilizing Bayesian technique.
