摘要

The effect of rare earth on depositing speed and processing of Electroless Ni-W-P Plating was studied. The four kinds ofrare earth are Nd,Pr,Ce and La. The results show that all rare earth sulphates reduce depositing speed and corrosion resistance ofthe coatings. After adding 4mg/L Pr2O3, the stability of solution is doubled, changing color time, when dropping HNO3 on the coatingsurface, is more than 2000 seconds, and the coating hardness is improved obviously. By means of X-ray diffraction method it canbe concluded that the coating structure is amorphous.
