摘要

The step pump stations in Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project of China should realize economical operation by adjusting blade angle or adjusting rotational speed because of long annual run time and high running cost. Especially, the head of source pump station varies frequently and in a wide range, comprehensive economical operation by adjusting rotational speed and blade angle should be realized. The pump assembly efficiency characteristics were analyzed. The economical operation schemes and feasibilities were studied. The comprehensive economical operation theory of large pump station by adjusting rotational speed and blade angle were advanced for the first time. The results indicate that pump assembly high efficiency area is at small discharge side of pump high efficiency area, pump assembly efficiency of source pump station could increase by 1~5 percentage points by adjusting blade angle and 10~20 percentage points by adjusting rotational speed. Compared with economical operation by sole adjusting rotational speed or sole adjusting blade angle, pump assembly efficiency could increase by 1~5 percentage points again by comprehensive economical operation by adjusting rotational speed and blade angle.
