A Novel Teaching Model in Vocational Senior High School

This research investigated the relationship among various variables in the progress of teaching image in vocational senior high school. Stratified random sampling was adapted to divide the research area into four parts: northern Taiwan, central Taiwan, southern Taiwan and eastern Taiwan. There were 32 schools selected as survey sample. Information was collected through questionnaire inquiry method and via path analysis to carry out quantified research. The research results showed that information sharing has significantly correlated with teachers' thinking and teaching behavior. Information sharing plays a key role in pedagogic. Bureaucracy culture and internal control character are both the important factors that influence teaching thinking; internal control character has more significant and positive affect on information sharing than bureaucracy culture.
