The teaching material (1) has several luminous elements such as LEDs (10,20,30,40) arranged on a medium-density fiber board (2). The voltage power supplies (3a-3c) are electrically connected to a voltage converter (40). The mechanical aids (13-15) are arranged on the board, to vary standing user luminous intensity of the luminous elements (10,20) in lighting direction.
