    • 摘要: 仔貂哺乳期腹泻发病广、死亡率高,是困扰养貂业的重点难题.本研究拟对腹泻仔貂使用3种药物处理,探索不同处理方法对哺乳期仔貂腹泻的治疗效果.试验将对第二次检查(翻窝)后发现的腹泻或黏性仔貂随机分成5组,一组为空白组不加任何处理,试验组仔貂用消毒剂(聚维酮碘)清洗并分为4组,分别为对照试验组、饲喂抗应激制剂组(复合酶+电解多维)、饲喂抗病毒制剂组(病毒灵+板蓝根提取物)及注射抗生素组,观察记录每组仔貂存活数、每天的治愈率,计算仔貂死亡率以及月平均增重.结果 表明:在本试验条件下,消毒剂清洗可显著提高仔貂腹泻治愈率,进一步用含适量的抗病毒制剂的代乳料和含抗应激制剂的代乳料可提高治疗效果或降低死亡率.

    • 摘要: 脓疱病是多发生于新仔貂的传染病,通常发病较急,多为母貂先发生葡萄球菌性化脓性扁桃体炎,然后在其哺乳的过程中,母貂通过牙齿拖曳仔貂的颈部皮肤,或舔舐仔貂的肛门及尾根等部位,将病原菌传染给仔貂,使仔貂破损的部位发生炎症,形成白色针尖状的大小脓疱.貂属于经济动物,所以一旦发病应该及时采取救治措施,避免损害饲养者的经济收益.本文分析了仔貂脓疱病及救治经验,供参考.

    • 摘要: 为了研究由亮氨酸、缬氨酸等组成的复合添加剂对哺乳期仔貂生长的影响,试验在体重、胎次、预产期、体况相近的待产母貂基础日粮中按照每只每天3 g的量饲喂复合添加剂,测定平均窝产仔数、断奶成活率和45日龄平均断奶重.结果表明:试验组母貂平均窝产仔数与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),试验组仔貂断奶成活率与对照组相比提高8.55%,且差异显著(P<0.05),试验组仔貂45日龄平均断奶重与对照组相比提高17.21%,且差异显著(P<0.05).在本试验条件下,在泌乳母貂日粮中添加复合添加剂可以促进哺乳仔貂的生长发育.

    • 摘要: 本试验旨在研究补饲对20~45日龄仔貂生长性能的影响。选择24窝20日龄仔貂作为试验动物,随机分为2组,每组12窝。对照组仔貂随母貂哺乳采食,不补饲;试验组仔貂除随母貂哺乳采食外,每天额外补饲2次。试验期25d ,2组仔貂均在45日龄断奶分窝。结果表明,试验组仔公貂40日龄和45日龄的体重极显著高于对照组( P<0.01)。试验组35日龄仔公貂体重以及35日龄、40日龄和45日龄仔母貂的体重均显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。由此得出,补饲可以显著增加20~45日龄仔貂的生长性能。%The objective of this trial was to study the effects of supplementary feeding on body weight of kits aged from 20~45 days .Twenty four litters of twenty-day-old kits were randomly assigned to 2 groups with 12 litters in each group .Kits in the control group were only sucked with female minks ,and kits in the experimental group were additionally supplemented with feed twice a day .Both groups were weaned at 45-day-old and the experiment lasted for 25 days .The results showed that ,supplementary feeding significantly increased the body weight of male kits when they were 40 and 45 days old( P<0.01) .The body weight of 35-day-old male kits and 35 ,40 ,45 days old female kits supple-mented with feed were observably higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) .In conclusion ,supplementary feeding could improve growth performance of kits aged from 20-45 days .

    • 摘要: 仔貂是指从出生至45日龄断奶分窝的小貂。仔貂是在发育不完善状态下产出的,消化功能弱、生长发育快、体温调解机能差是仔貂的主要生理特点,仔貂的饲养管理应根据其生理特点,采取相应合理的饲养管理措施,提高产仔成活率、培育体格健壮、生活力强的仔貂。1产前准备母貂产仔日期为4月下旬至5月下旬。在4月中旬要做好各项准备工作。

    • 摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the optimal manganese level in the basal diet of female minks during the idophase. One hundred and fifty healthy female minks with the body weight of (1 005 ± 113) g were selected and assigned into 5 groups by randomized block, there were 30 replicates in each group and 1 minks in each replicate. Supplemental levels of manganese in basal diets were 0 (group Ⅰ ) , 15 (group Ⅱ ) , 50 (group Ⅲ) , 100 (group Ⅳ) and 500 mg/kg (group Ⅴ ) , respectively. Manganese was added as organic chelated form, and manganese content in the basal diet was about 25 mg/kg. The experimental period was from January 26, 2011 to June 23, 2011. The results showed that there were no significant differences in serum estradiol and progesterone contents, pregnancy days, mating rate, kidding rate, litter number, number of born alive, birth litter weight, number of weaned alive, weaning survival rate, and average individual weight of 1 and 7 days of age by supplemental level of organism chelated manganese (P >0. 05) , but kidding rate, litter number, number of born alive, number of weaned alive, weaning survival rate had an increase trend with increasing of manganese supplemental level. Supplemental level of organism chelated manganese had little effect on mating span, but could shorten average duration days of first mating and promote the concentration level of mating. There were significant differences in weaning weight of litter, average individual weight of 15 and 45 days of age, and average daily gain from 1 to 45 days of age (P <0. 05). The weaning weight of litter tended to increase at first and then decrease with increasing of manganese supplemental level, and groups Ⅳ and Ⅴ were significantly higher than group Ⅱ (P <0. 05) ; the average individual weight of 15 days of age had a decrease trend with increasing of manganese supplemental level, and significant differences were found between groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ and group Ⅴ (P <0.05) ; the average individual weight of 45 days of age and average daily gain from 1 to 45 days of age in group E were the lowest, and had significant differences compared with group Ⅰ (P <0. 05). Under this study conditions, based on comprehensive consideration of the reproduction performance of female minks and growth performance of young minks, it is suggested that optimal supplemental level of manganese by organic chelated form in the basal diet (about 25 mg/kg) is 100 mg/kg for female mink during the idophase, that is total level of manganese in the diet is about 125 mg/kg.%本试验旨在探讨繁殖期母貂饲粮中锰的适宜量.试验选取150只平均体重为(1005±113)g的健康成年母貂,根据随机区组法分成5组,每组设30个重复,每个重复1只水貂.各组水貂分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(Ⅰ组)、15(Ⅱ组)、50(Ⅲ组)、100(Ⅳ组)和500mg/kg(V组)锰的试验饲粮.锰以有机螯合锰形式添加,基础饲粮中锰含量约为25mg/kg.试验时间为2011年1月26日至2011年6月23日.结果表明:饲粮有机螯合锰添加水平对母貂血清雌二醇与孕酮含量、妊娠天数、受配率、产仔率、窝产仔数、窝产活仔数,以及仔貂初生窝重、断奶成活数、断奶成活率、1日龄和7日龄平均个体重均无显著影响(P>0.05),但母貂产仔率、窝产仔数、窝产活仔数,以及仔貂断奶成活数、断奶成活率有随着锰添加水平的升高而增加的趋势.饲粮中添加有机螯合锰对配种跨度影响不大,但能够缩短平均初配持续天数,使配种更为集中.饲粮有机螯合锰添加水平对仔貂断奶窝重、15日龄和45日龄平均个体重及1~45日龄平均日增重的影响差异显著(P<0.05).仔貂断奶窝重随着锰添加水平的升高先增后降,Ⅳ组、V组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);仔貂15日龄平均个体重随着锰添加水平的升高而降低,Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与V组相比差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);仔貂45日龄平均个体重和1~45日龄平均日增重均以Ⅱ组最小,与Ⅰ组相比有显著差异(P<0.05).本试验条件下,综合母貂繁殖性能及仔貂生长性能,建议繁殖期母貂基础饲粮锰含量在25mg/kg左右时,锰(有机螯合锰形式)的添加水平为100mg/kg,即饲粮中锰总含量在125mg/kg左右.

    • 摘要: 母貂产仔哺乳6-7周后,由于母貂泌乳能力大大下降,身体也消瘦很多,而仔貂采食固体饲料能力加强,基本具备了独立生活的能力,所以此时可以适时断乳。仔貂断乳时经历失去母亲照料并从哺乳转到采食固体食物过程,会有一个短暂的应激反应期。对于母貂,主要的挑战是与仔貂分离的应激和5-7周大量泌乳后导致体质严重下降,这两方面的应激可以通过良好的饲养管理减少到最低程度。
