摘要： Background Neural oscillations directly reflect the rhythmic changes of brain activities during the resting state or while performing specific tasks.Abnormal neural oscillations have been discovered in patients with schizophrenia.However,there is limited evidence available on abnormal spontaneous neural oscillations in clinical high risk for psychosis(CHR-P).The brain signals recorded by the magnetoencephalography(MEG)technique are not to be disrupted by the skull and scalp.Methods In this study,we applied the MEG technique to record the resting-state neural activities in CHR-P.This was followed by a detailed MEG analysis method including three steps:(1)preprocessing,which was band-pass filtering based on the 0.5-60Hz frequency range,removal of 50Hz power frequency interference,and removal of electrocardiography(ECG)and electrooculography(EOG)artefacts by independent component analysis;(2)time-frequency analysis,a multitaper time-frequency transformation based on the Hanning window,and(3)source localisation.an exact low-resolution brain electromagnetic tomography.The method was verified by comparing aparticipant with CHR-P with a healthy control during the MEG recordings with an eyes-closed resting state.Results Experimental results show that the neural oscillations in CHR-P were significantly abnormal in the theta frequency band(4-7Hz)and the delta frequency band(1-3Hz).Also,relevant brain regions were located in the left occipital lobe and left temporo-occipital junction for the theta band and in the right dorsolateral prefrontal lobe and near orbitofrontal gyrus for the delta band.Conclusions Abnormal neural oscillations based on specific frequency bands and corresponding brain sources may become biomarkers for high-risk groups.Further work will validate these characteristics in CHR-P cohorts.

摘要： In 2021,Manas et al.1 used data from the Toledo Study for Healthy Aging and reported that high accelerometer-derived step volume and(what they labeled)intensity were significantly associated with lower hospitalization(average followup=3.1 years)and all-cause mortality(average followup=5.7 years)in 768 older adults(average age=78.8±4.9 years,mean±SD).Step volume(expressed as steps/day)was averaged across all compliant days(i.e.,those with8 h/day of valid wear time).For their purposes,the authors defined intensity as the total step volume divided by the total valid minutes of accelerometer wear time.

摘要： 为研究体育馆人员疏散规律,以某高校体育馆为研究对象,采用Pathfinder和STEPS两款疏散模拟软件进行模拟研究.基于合理的假设条件和参数设置,模拟体育馆内观众满座的情景,并研究观众人数对疏散时间的影响.两款软件模拟结果相似,结果表明:疏散过程中人员在看台区和疏散楼梯及出口处容易出现拥堵现象;安全出口的利用率差异较大;超过一定数量,疏散时间与观众人数呈现明显的线性关系.最后通过对比模拟结果与经验公式计算结果得出:若需考虑细节问题的处理并对疏散过程作进一步的研究,则应优先选择计算机模拟法,否则采用经验公式法比较方便快捷.
