    • 摘要: In the last years,axonal conductance of action potential trains became a novel subject of study,changing the view of axons,from a static cable-like compartment to a more complex and dynamic system(Debanne et al.,2011).Axonal computation,indeed,is canonically constituted by the action of voltage-gated ion channels,such as the classic Na+and K+channels,but recent studies demonstrated that it can be modulated by the action of other ion channel pumps,and metabolic factors(Byczkowicz et al.,2019;Zang and Marder.

    • 摘要: Current studies have shown that the spatial-temporal graph convolutional network(STGCN)is effective for skeleton-based action recognition.However,for the existing STGCN-based methods,their temporal kernel size is usually fixed over all layers,which makes them cannot fully exploit the temporal dependency between discontinuous frames and different sequence lengths.Besides,most of these methods use average pooling to obtain global graph feature from vertex features,resulting in losing much fine-grained information for action classification.To address these issues,in this work,the authors propose a novel spatial attentive and temporal dilated graph convolutional network(SATD-GCN).It contains two important components,that is,a spatial attention pooling module(SAP)and a temporal dilated graph convolution module(TDGC).Specifically,the SAP module can select the human body joints which are beneficial for action recognition by a self-attention mechanism and alleviates the influence of data redundancy and noise.The TDGC module can effectively extract the temporal features at different time scales,which is useful to improve the temporal perception field and enhance the robustness of the model to different motion speed and sequence length.Importantly,both the SAP module and the TDGC module can be easily integrated into the ST-GCN-based models,and significantly improve their performance.Extensive experiments on two large-scale benchmark datasets,that is,NTU-RGB+D and Kinetics-Skeleton,demonstrate that the authors’method achieves the state-of-the-art performance for skeleton-based action recognition.

    • 摘要: Background Mitogen-inducible gene 6(Mig6),also known as RALT or gene 33,is a multiadaptive protein implicated in the regulation of RTK and stress signaling 1-3.In recent years,the negative control of RTK signaling has piqued the interest of researchers.with an increasing number of negative feedback regulators of tyrosine kinase(Receptor Protein Tyrosine Kinase,RTK).Although several commonly used inhibitors have been identified at this stage,this merely emphasizes the significance of signal attenuation and regulation for proper signal output.However,the mechanisms of their action are not well understood,especially those in vivo function and metabolic expression.

    • 摘要: There is a gap between the properties of social reality and the natural properties of the material bearer that carries it.Language constructivism uses language representations to bridge this gap,arguing that language constructs social reality.Emergence theory holds that the attributes of social reality cannot be reduced to the physical attributes of the carrier.This process is emergent.Language constructivism regards the process from mental reality to social reality as the product of language’s own operation and the secret is hidden in language itself.Emergentism directly led social reality to mysticism.Mental reality is an initial existence,which includes both innate desires and needs and acquired values.Social reality is the external reality created by the subject through action according to his internal needs and desires.Mental reality and social reality are dynamically integrated into each other,which is achieved through rule-based action.

    • 摘要: Tuberculosis(TB),which is caused by the intracellular pathogen,Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb),remains one of the deadliest infectious diseases worldwide,accounting for 1.45 million deaths in 2018[1].Thus,there is an increasing need to develop new antibiotics or to repurpose old drugs that have the potential to shorten the current duration of therapy.Metronidazole(MTZ)is a 5-nitroimidazole antibiotic that is mainly used in the treatment of anaerobic and protozoal infections[2].The action of mechanism for metronidazole has not been fully established.As a prodrug,MTZ is inactive until taken up and reduced by anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.It is possible that the reduction of Mtz leads to the production of toxic metabolites,which bind to deoxyribonucleic acid and electron-transport proteins of microbial pathogens,thus blocking nucleic acid synthesis[3].The impressive potency of MTZ against anaerobic bacteria indicates the potential for killing Mtb under anaerobic conditions.A previous in vitro study demonstrated that MTZ has potent activity against tubercle bacilli under anaerobic conditions[4].In a non-human primate model,MTZ has been shown to prevent reactivation of latent Mtb infection,indicating the in vivo role in targeting Mtb within an anaerobic environment[5].Although there is strong evidence for the role of MTZ in affecting anaerobic bacilli,the mechanism of action has not been elucidated in Mtb considering that MTZ must be catalyzed to a nitro-free radical form with endogenous nitroreductase.To provide insight=into how MTZ is activated in anaerobic Mtb bacilli,we first characterized the nitroreductase gene,Rv3131,and identified the key residue conferring the activation of MTZ in Mtb.
