The present invention comprises: an eye axial length acquisition unit 111 for acquiring the eye axial length of an eye of a subject; a reference value acquisition unit 112 for acquiring, as a reference value, a value relating to a physical characteristic different from the eye axial length of the subject; a relative eye axial length calculation unit 113 for calculating the relative eye axial length obtained by performing a relativization process, using the reference value acquired by the reference value acquisition unit 112, on the eye axial length acquired by the eye axial length acquisition unit 111; a population information acquisition unit 14 for acquiring population information, which is a collection of information relating to the relative eye axial lengths of a plurality of comparison subjects serving as subjects of comparison with the subject; and a relative position information calculation unit 115 for comparing the relative eye axial length of the subject as calculated by the relative eye axial length calculation unit and the relative eye axial lengths of the plurality of comparison subjects included in the population information, and calculating relative position information indicating the relative position of the relative eye axial length of the subject in the collection of comparison subjects.
