METHOD FOR NOTIFYING AN EVENT MANAGEMENT APPARATUS ABOUT THE OCCURRENCE OF AT LEAST ONE EVENT RELATING TO A FIRST COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND ASSOCIATED DEVICES

Some vehicles are provided with an automatic emergency call system which allows an emergency call centre to be contacted in the event of an accident. Such a solution is intended to improve the response speed of the emergency services. The principle of this solution is based on the transmission of a message comprising the essential information, such as the location of the vehicle involved in the accident and the time at which the accident occurred. The content of the message is concise and comprises only information concerning the location and the time stamp of the accident. The proposed solution makes it possible to transmit data concerning an event relating to a communication terminal on board the vehicle involved in the accident using other communication terminals which are located in a geographical zone comprising the vehicle involved in the accident. These communication terminals acquire data in relation to the accident and transmit them to an access apparatus which gathers them and subsequently transmits them to an emergency call centre.
