The method comprises: acquiring the current sequence number of the current link state message (S1100); according to the current sequence number, generating a link state message having a transition sequence number (S1200), wherein the link state message of the transition sequence number is a link state message which is newer than a link state message of the maximum sequence number and is older than a link state message of an initial sequence number; and sending out the link state message of the transition sequence number (S1300).
