The urologist under imaging control fix a needle into kidney followed by a wire and over the wire the surgeon create a tract between the skin and the kidney by using dilators then over the final dilator a sheath is fixed over the dilator, here in our new sheath we rotate that new sheath over the last dilator without uncontrolled push, only rotation and so the incidence of overshooting of the assembly or migration decrease, so decrease collecting system injuries. The previous step ends with a good fixed sheath in its tract due to its screws and this also leads to decrease out ward sheath withdrawal of the sheath and making it stable. Stability of the tract means good vision, less bleeding,less perforation and extravasation and less need for re-puncture and a all previous advantages decrease radiation exposure and decrease operation time.
