The present invention is (1) Bacillus subtilis ( Bacillus subtilis ) SRCM102142 strain (KCCM12624P) inoculated to the steamed soybeans, dried and then fermented cheonggukjang prepared by grinding to prepare cheonggukjang powder; (2) preparing a chip material of brown rice, white rice, barley and oats and the cheonggukjang powder prepared in step (1); (3) mixing the brown rice, white rice, barley and oats prepared in the step (2), washing and aging, and mixing the cheonggukjang powder prepared in the step (2) with the pulverized grain powder to prepare a chip material powder; and (4) swelling the chip material powder prepared in step (3).
