Provided are a method for constructing a mathematical model for the in-vitro detection of cancers, and the use thereof. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the concentration of at least two cancer markers from a sample; carrying out logistic regression on the determined concentration value of each marker; substituting the detected concentration into a logistic regression model to obtain an analysis resu and carrying out comprehensive tumor determination and analysis by means of using the concentration of each marker and the logistic regression analysis result.
