A method for constructing a mathematical model for detecting lung cancer in vitro and an application thereof, the method comprising: obtaining the concentration of at least two lung cancer markers from a sample; performing logistic regression on the measured concentration value of each marker; substituting the detected concentration of the markers into a logistic regression model to obtain analysis results; and performing comprehensive lung cancer analysis by using the concentration of each marker and the logistic regression analysis results.
