By monitoring the hydroxyl radical demand index in water using a real-time multi-fluorescence analyzer and parallel factor analysis device, the characteristics of organic substances in the target water can be monitored in a continuous flow analysis method without using the existing indicator material, rhodamine B. In addition, in the water treatment system to which the advanced oxidation process (AOP) that combines ozone, ultraviolet rays, hydrogen peroxide, etc. is applied, the structure of organic matter characteristics in water through real-time fluorescence analysis is a fluorescence index classified by the parallel factor (PARAFAC) model. Through the organic material characteristic index for each component, the hydroxyl radical demand index of the target water can be easily calculated, and accordingly, the chemical injection amount and UV irradiation amount, which are process control variables, can be controlled.
