PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a competition net stretching structure that can easily be removed from this under rope easily while holding tension of a competition net to an under rope after stretching the competition net, and provide a competition net stretching structure and a competition net stretching method.;SOLUTION: An under rope tension load tool 1 includes a tension load tool body 2 and a body release auxiliary cord. The tension load tool body 2 is tied to an under rope by a cow hitch, and can load tension by being pulled in a direction apart from a competition net.
