To provide a movement route retrieval program that can extract a suitable rest site in a movement route.SOLUTION: A movement route retrieval program is configured to make a computer execute processing for: receiving information on a start point and an end point; extracting the movement route from the start point to the end point from a combination of movement history data groups of moving bodies passing through at least one of movement sections to be included in the movement route connecting the start point and the end point; calculating a drop-by ratio serving as a ratio of a number of moving bodies having stayed at a rest site for a fixed time to a total number of moving bodies passing through an entrance right in front of the rest site for each rest site in the extracted movement route; and extracting the rest site in which the calculated drop-by ratio falls within a prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
