The present invention relates to a monoolein cubosome having a pH response and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, albumin and pectin modified with a hydrophobic aliphatic group are each independently present in the aqueous channel of the cubic phase in the form of coacervation, so that the release of the active ingredient contained in the monoolein cubosome can be controlled. It relates to a pH-responsive lipid nanostructure and a method for preparing the same.
