PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping design support device, a piping design support method and a program capable of easily reflecting past design results in the result of automatic design. SOLUTION: A pipe design support device uses a feature amount calculated from proven pipe design data including design specifications related to welding as an explanatory variable, and uses learning data with the design specifications as an objective variable. For the learned learning model, the feature amount calculated from the piping design data to be designed is input as an explanatory variable, and the design specifications are calculated as an objective variable.
