PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community comprehensive care business system capable of calculating a contingent fee for an individual user or an executor who has contributed to holddown of benefit cost by using an integrated database.SOLUTION: The community comprehensive care business system allows calculation of values of a plurality of indexes preset to achieve a specific measure by using a database integrating basic data, nursing care insurance data, medical insurance data and unique data such as measures taken regarding each resident. A duration from a prescribed start point regarding a stage of psychosomatic state of a user is accumulated and the accumulation value is compared with a reference duration for the corresponding stage. When the accumulation value exceeds the reference duration, a preset contingent fee corresponding to the excess is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
