The present invention relates to a stabilizer for adeno-associated viruses (AAV) and a method for stabilizing adeno-associated viruses by using same and, more specifically, to a stabilizer, for adeno-associated viruses, containing a surfactant or albumin, to an adeno-associated virus liquid preparation containing adeno-associated viruses and the stabilizer, and to a method for producing adeno-associated viruses having improved stability. When viruses for gene delivery and nanoparticles for treatment are manufactured by using adeno-associated viruses and an additional polyphenol binder therefor is formed, the technique according to the present invention inhibits excessive aggregation of viruses, thereby maintaining the size of the particles at a size effective for drug delivery and increasing the stability in a liquid phase, and thus is expected to be very advantageously utilized in the field of drug delivery technology for gene therapy.
