Problem to be solved: to provide a noble metal attachment method to a carbon steel member of a nuclear power plant which can shorten the time required for attaching precious metal to the carbon steel member.A film forming apparatus is connected to the cleaning system of the carbon steel purification system of the BWR plant.Formic acid and hydrogen peroxide are implanted into the circulating piping of the coating apparatus.An aqueous solution of iron eluting agent containing 3000 ppm of formic acid and 1500 ppm hydrogen peroxide is brought into contact with the inner surface of the purification system piping, and Fe2 + is eluted from the purification system piping by the hydroxyl radical formed from formic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The aqueous solution of the film formed from the solution of iron eluent accelerators was injected into the aqueous solution by the injection of Ni formic acid solution, and the Ni ions incorporated into the inner surface of the cleaning system were replaced by the electron generated at the dissolution of Fe2 +. A Ni metal film is formed on the inner surface thereof.After completion of the formation of the Ni metal film, an aqueous solution containing noble metal ions is brought into contact with the surface of the Ni metal film, and the precious metal is deposited on this surface.Diagram
