The operation is performed under the conditions of neuromonitoring of the recurrent laryngeal and vagus nerve. ;EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the accuracy of the choice of objective surgical tactics for differentiated thyroid cancer in combination with thyrotoxicosis, to increase the effectiveness of surgical treatment, to determine the planned outcome and optimal volume of thyroid cancer surgery for thyrotoxicosis, to determine the optimal algorithm for treating patients, and also to improve the results of surgical treatment due to the combination of methods of the claimed invention. ;1 cl, 3 ex
