The present invention relates to a device for flameless production of thermal energy from hydrocarbon fuels by catalytic conversion of hydrocarbons into carbon dioxide and water. In this device, hydrocarbon fuel from the tank through the valves is pumped into the saturation device and air from the environment is also supplied by the compressor to the saturation device, from the outlet of which the resulting fuel mixture is directed to the tubular reactor. The reactor consists of a tube bundle filled with a catalyst with a floating head placed in a shell, where the catalyst - reactor - coolant is sequentially heated due to the thermal effect of hydrocarbon conversion reactions. The amount of heat received is regulated by changing the temperature of the saturation device, by changing the partial pressure of hydrocarbon vapors in the air with an electric heater. The gas-air mixture leaving the reactor consists of air and waste gas. The mixture is cooled in a heat exchanger and partially discharged into the environment. The main part of the gas-air mixture leaving the reactor circulates in the system using a gas circulator, mixes with air from the environment supplied by the compressor, and is fed to the inlet of the device - saturation device - reactor - heat exchanger, the main unit of the device is a tubular reactor with a place for input initiating substance. The reactor is equipped with inlet nozzles for the fuel mixture inlet, exhaust gas outlet, inlet, outlet for the coolant from the annular space and a unit for entering the activator onto the catalyst through a valve into the tube space.
