FURNACE TOP DIFFUSED GAS DUST REMOVAL DEVICE DURING BLOWING-DOWN AND REBLOWING OF BLAST FURNACE

A furnace top diffused gas dust removal device during blowing-down and reblowing of a blast furnace. The dust removal device comprises a gas diffusion pipe (1) and a dust remover (3). One end of the gas diffusion pipe (1) is communicated with ascending pipes (7) and a descending pipe (8) of a blast furnace (11), and the other end is connected to an inlet end of the dust remover (3) by means of a gas cut-off valve (2); an outlet end of the dust remover (3) is provided with at least one gas diffusion value (4). The device is simple in structure and convenient in operation; the dust remover (3) is mounted at the top of the ascending pipes (7) of the blast furnace, so that furnace top diffused gas is purified by the dust remover (3) and then discharged during blowing-down and reblowing of the blast furnace, pollution of dust to the environment can be greatly reduced, an original blast furnace operation mode is unchanged, and the improvement cost is low.
