PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning model manufacturing method, a contamination density calculation method, and a contamination density calculation device that establish both manufacturing efficiency of a learning model to evaluate a contamination density and an estimation accuracy of the contamination density.;SOLUTION: A learning model manufacturing method comprises the steps of: setting a contamination probability at a coordinate position of at lease one location selected from all coordinate positions included in an area subject to be analyzed; calculating a degree of dose contribution from the coordinate position among coordinate positions inside the area subject to be analyzed for an evaluation area representing location information of a range at which the contamination probability and a contamination source are estimated; determining necessity of manufacturing of a learning model according to whether at lease the degree of dose contribution among the contamination probability and the degree of dose contribution meets the set condition; and obtaining data associating a location and a strength of contamination source corresponding to a space dose of the coordinate position with the space dose of the coordinate position as a learning model.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
