The generation unit 5 executes, for at least one evaluation item out of the plurality of evaluation items, an exclusion process of excluding the evaluation item or a reduction process of reducing the information amount of the evaluation item on the basis of the evaluation result evaluated by the evaluation unit 4, and generating a second report Rp that is a training report for the patient, in which the number of evaluation items or the information amount of evaluation items is smaller than in the first report.
