FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to embodiments of U-shaped breathing intra-oral trainer, cartridge for respiratory converse simulator and method of breathing system training by means of respiratory intraoperative simulator. In the first embodiment, the simulator covers the upper and lower jaw dentition and has dental furrows. Channels of through holes inside the breathing apparatus are interconnected by all or groups due to direction of channels and/or by means of an additional channel. In the second embodiment of the simulator the front part of the outer lateral face has a height greater than the ends. Simulator has at least one through hole forming a channel between the outer side surface and the inner side surface, and has at least one cartridge inserted into the hole. Cartridge for respiratory converse simulator has lower, upper surfaces and lateral surface with front outer and back outer parts and two side parts. Cartridge has channels of more than one through hole, at least two, inside respiratory apparatus, interfaced with each other or groups. Coupling is carried out by directing channels and/or using at least one additional channel. Method of training a respiratory system using a simulator involves training after inserting a respiratory simulator into the oral cavity. It is followed by inhalation through nose and exhalation through breathing simulator. Exhalation is performed via through holes in the simulator side faces central part passing from the outer side surface to the inner lateral surface. Volume flow rate of the exhaled air is slowed down, the diaphragm and the auxiliary respiratory muscles, namely, the forward, inner and outer oblique and transverse muscles of the anterior abdominal wall, and extend the expiration time.;EFFECT: technical result is simulator design simplification, allowing to conduct active physical trainings and change natural load during trainings; as well as simulator design makes it easy to clean it.;18 cl, 4 dwg
