PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method, and a program for atomic reactor risk management capable of quickly predicting an accident state upon occurrence of an emergency situation.SOLUTION: An atomic reactor risk management device 200 includes: an input part 210 for inputting an input parameter including a scram generation time, an event scenario, an atomic reactor irrigation stop time, an atomic reactor irrigation stop time irrigation level, an atomic reactor pressure vessel rapid depressurization time, the number of atomic reactor pressure vessel rapid depressurization valves, and the presence or absence of a pedestal irrigation; a storage part 250 for storing a plurality of calculated state predictions used for data based on a parameter for pre-calculation; and a control part 230 for selecting the state prediction used for data matching an event phase based on the input parameter, and predicting an atomic reactor irrigation level, a timing of the atomic reactor pressure vessel damage, an atomic reactor containment vessel pressure, an environmental discharge time of a radiation material, and an environmental discharge amount of the radioactive material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
