The present application relates to an artificial intelligence technology, and discloses a Chinese named-entity recognition method, comprising: receiving an original text set and performing denoising, stop word removal, and labeling to obtain a standard text set; performing a clustering operation on said standard text set to obtain the number of clusters and a cluster center; on the basis of said number of clusters and said cluster center, establishing a posterior probability model for the standard text set and optimizing said posterior probability model to obtain a standard word vector set; inputting the standard word vector set into a pre-built named-entity recognition model and training to obtain a trained named-entity recognition model; receiving the text set inputted by the user, calculating said text set to obtain a word vector set, and inputting said word vector set to the trained named-entity recognition model to obtain a named recognition result. Also provided by the present application are a Chinese named-entity recognition device and a computer-readable storage medium. The present application can achieve accurate Chinese named-entity recognition functionality.
