The present invention relates to a method for preparing aceclofenac and a pharmaceutical formulation including aceclofenac prepared using the same, and provides a method for preparing aceclofenac that can obtain a more uniform particle size compared to the prior art. Pharmaceutical formulations containing aceclofenac prepared according to the manufacturing method of the present invention have a small particle size, uniformity, excellent dispersibility, and can minimize the content of excipients, and thus can be applied to various pharmaceutical composition formulations without limitation.
