PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a test system capable of accurately, quickly, easily and simultaneously detecting indigenous skin flora of the genera Cutibacterium, Staphylococcus, and Malassezia. SOLUTION: FB33_0681 gene or FB33_0824 gene specific to skin flora of the genus Cutibacterium, SAOUHSC_01002 gene specific to the skin flora of the genus Staphylococcus, Malassezia genus. An oligonucleotide set for detecting individual and simultaneous skin flora belonging to the above three genera by a nucleic acid amplification method targeting a partial region of each gene of the MGL_1553 gene specific to the skin flora. A method for detecting indigenous skin flora, which comprises a step of performing an amplification reaction by a nucleic acid amplification method using the kit and the oligonucleotide set, and a step of detecting an amplification product.
