By providing a second motor (35), crushing wheels (38) and a blocking plate (36), the second motor (35) is started to drive a first gear (352) to engage with second gears (371), so that a rotating shaft drives the crushing wheels (38) to crush sludge and large stone, facilitating removal by the removing hoppers (24), solving the problems of low efficiency and high labour intensity of conventional manual excavation and dredging; the blocking plate (36) can block the upper part of the crushing wheels (38) to prevent, during crushing, sludge from sputtering to workers at the bank of a trench or canal, improving the usability of the device.
