The infrastructure (10) has a submerged platform (20) including a de-silt zone (22) covered by mud, and a desludging device (24) for desludging the de-silt zone. The desludging device includes ramps (34, 40, 42) for circulating water, and a water injection unit (36) for injection of the water in each ramp. The ramps are secured to the submerged platform, and include orifices (44) for expelling the water directed towards the de-silt zone, so as to project the water through the orifices towards the mud to desludge the de-silt zone.
